He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Sr. and Rose; and his son Gary Mollica. He is survived by: his children, Sandra (Paul) and Philip III (Phil); his brother Robert (Bob); his grandchildren, Joshua, Racheal and Ava Mollica; his great grandchildren, Lilly and Cassie; his former wife Cleo; and his wife Patricia.
