He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Haberstroh and June Frantz Haberstroh. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Haberstroh; his children, Tammy Lee Ann Urgiles of Weehawken, Philip Haberstroh, Jr. (Eyling) of Melbourne and James Haberstroh (Christina Bartholomew) of Pompton Lakes; and his brother Jerry Haberstroh (Sherry) of Beachwood. He is also survived by his family, friends.
