He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita; and his sons, Alton and Buddy. He is survived by: his daughter Rosie; his granddaughter Mitzi (Ray); his great grandchild Brianna (Jonathan); his great great grandchildren, Jamari and Kai; and his brothers, Andy and David. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
