She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Boening and Dorothy Boening; her husband James M. Gummerson; her daughter Mary Melbinger; and her siblings, Robert Boening, Mary Schmidt and Caroline Kincaid.
She is survived by: her children, James Gummerson and Judy Mathewson; and her brother Jim Boening. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
