She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Daniel Collins and Dr. Martha Collins; and her daughter Catherine Connell. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Blanchard of Vero Beach; her sons, Chuck (Janet) and Dan (Wilma); her grandchildren, Abby, Charles IV, Katie, Elizabeth, Brianna and Lilly; and her great grandchild Finn.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Strunk Funeral Home - Vero Beach (916 17th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Crestlawn Cemetery (1498 14th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960).
