Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marilyn Richter in Vero Beach, Florida, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 84, on February 3, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Smith and Ann Smith; her sister Terry Freedman; and her brother-in-law Richard. She is survived by: her husband Jerome; her sons, Sam (Robin) and Robb (Tina); her grandchildren, Maddie (Jesse), Brady, Kameron, Bryce and Emma; her sister Sally Lorberbaum; her nephew Michael (Melissa); and her niece Mollie. She is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Adath Jeshurun Congregation (10500 Hillside Ln W, Minnetonka, MN 55305).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Adath Jeshurun Women's League or the Early Childhood Education Department, honoring Marilyn's lifelong dedication to education and community.
