He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Whiddon and Cal Whiddon; and his brothers, Britt and Rusty. He is survived by: his wife Linda Howard of Vero Beach; his children, Jarod Johnson (Jessica) of Bloomington, IN and Lisa Tennant (Kenn) of Vero Beach; his grandchildren, John Christopher, Jordan, Katie, Sierra, Gage, Jacob, Arianna, Jonah, Navena and Naya; and his great grandchildren, Gianna, Owen, Emmitt, Forrest, Tanner and Blaze.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cox-Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory (1950 20th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
