Stokley and Kathy Starner (Gary); her grandchildren, Ronald R. Parker, Heidi A. Phoenix, James W. Parker and Timothy Parker; and her children, Rachel E. Hager, Delores F. Ward, John V. Wethington, Debra L. Kirkman, Sandra K. Carter and Bill W. Wethington. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
