It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D. Flanagan of Vero Beach, Florida, who passed away on November 18, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact John had on those he encountered along his journey. Though John may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael P. Flanagan Jr. and Alice M. Flanagan. He is survived by: his wife Janice Flanagan (McCourt); his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Ann Flanagan; his nephew Michael Flanagan (Lauren); his godson Jimmy McKenna; his grandson Christopher; and his pets, Dakota and Copper. He is also survived by numerous friends, many cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Strunk Funeral Home (1623 N Central Ave, Sebastian, FL 32958).
