He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marge and Frank; his wife Claire; his friend Rodi; his cousins, Joe and Bobby; his son Joseph W.; his sister Linda Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Kelly of Vero Beach, FL, Liz, Bill Payne of Sebastian, FL and Nancy Sluys of North Carolina.
