He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Mustard Fredlock and James Raymond Fredlock; and his brother Jim Fredlock. He is survived by: his wife Anne Holt Fredlock of Vero Beach, FL; his children, Amy Mintz (Michael) of Herndon, VA, Amanda, Marlee and Ian; his son-in-law Col. Robert B Holt Ret; and his stepchildren, John Paul Loehr and Jennifer Nasca (James) of Liberty Township, OH.
