He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith; his daughter Stacy; his son-in-law Amit Sircar; his son Mason Smith; his daughter-in-law Amber Mayor; and his grandchildren, Kyler Sircar, Devyn Sircar and Mitchell E. Smith.
