He is survived by: his wife Janice Lloyd Fitzpatrick; his children, Alyson (Michael Curry) of Vero Beach and Philip Stemble of Lancaster, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Austin Stemble, Bayleigh Gibson, Korbyn, Cabot Newman, Karsten and Lleyton Stemble; and the mother of his children Deborah Dowell Stemble.
