He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Julia; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Linda Eggermann; his brother Paul (Barbara); his daughters, Debbie (Jason), Stefanie Kupka (Greg) and Katie Beck (Jeremiah); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Julia, Maddie, Eleanor, Owen and Ben. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Fred's name to the American Cancer Society.
