He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar "Tark" Sullivan and Wilma Brashear Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife June Halk Sullivan; his son Mark (Deborah); his grandchildren, Ryan and Allison of Lakeland, FL; his daughter Marci (John Hetsko) of Raleigh, NC; and his brother Robert Sullivan (Marion) of Melbourne, FL. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
