She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughter Kim; her son-in-law Jeff; her grandchildren, Sarah and Nathan; her daughter-in-law Sheryl; her son Brent; her brother-in-law Eddie; her siblings, Brenda, John and Peter; her siblings-in-law, Dennis, Joann and Susan; her in-laws, Eileen, Bob and Janet; and her close friend Pam. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored for a donation in Donna's name to the VNA Hospice House (vnatc.com).
