He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris C. Heath and Lila Aline Heath (Cleveland). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Heath; his daughters, Brenda Dissanayake, Diane Grabenbauer and Karen Hardman; and his grandchildren, Nissa Freeman, Jaya Verolla, Katelin Hardman, David Dissanayake, Alexandra Dissanayake and Zoe Dissanayake.
