It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Harrell Sr. (Vero Beach, Florida), born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey W. Harrell and Alberta J. Baker Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Harrell; his brothers, Richard Allen Harrell and James Harrell; his children, Donald Wayne Harrell, Jr., Paul Mochmer, Shadowlena Harrell, Monica Harrell and Susan Harrell; and his niece Jeanette Rivera.
