He was predeceased by: his brother Darrell Fennell; and his parents, Dewey Fennell and Sadie Frances Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fennell; his sister-in-law Carol Fennell; his niece Susan Pratt (Robert); and his nephew Todd Fennell Sr. (Kathy).
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Indian River Estates (2250 Indian Creek Blvd W, Vero Beach, FL 32966).
