She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sibert and Corrie Matthews Sibert. She is survived by: her children, Darrin C. Reagan of Atlanta, GA and Joy Reagan Gaillard (Marc) of Tampa, FL; her husband Willie C. Reagan; her grandchildren, Kerrington, Bryce of Atlanta, GA, Darius Nichols and Kyndal Gaillard of Tampa, FL; her siblings, Patricia Roberts (Leon) and Bill Lovett of Savannah, GA; her niece Kimberly Parish (Stacy); her grandchild Mieca-Eeja; and also Noemie. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
