He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Forte and Mildred Forte; and his brother Wayne Forte. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Forte; his daughters, Annie Forte and Jenna Forte; his stepchildren, Kelly Tharp, Sharon Tharp and Chuck Tharp (Erin); his grandchildren, Charley and Riley; his mother-in-law Marge Morrison; his brother-in-law Peter Morrison; and his siblings, Lilian Kuzma and Ronnie Forte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas'. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory (1655 27th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Holiday Beach Club (26 Shore Dr, Waretown, NJ 08758). A prayer will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
