He was predeceased by: his parents, David K. Tuttle and Christine Mooney Tuttle. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hooper Tuttle; his children, Sarah Tuttle Horner (Bill) and David Kitchell Tuttle III; and his grandchildren, William Tuttle Horner, Andrew Clark Horner (Bridget), Benjamin Wilkins Horner and Katherine Yimei Horner.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society of Indian River County.
