He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley Dawson Clark and Frances Keen Clark. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Marie Shulhan Clark; his children, Scott Ashley Clark, Katie Suzanne Clark Cugini (Peter D. Cugini, Jr.) and Jayson Micheal Clark; his grandchildren, Ashley Kristine Clark, Tanner John Cugini and Mia Rose Cugini; and his brother Brian Clark (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family & friends.
