He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Blair and Lois McLean Blair. He is survived by: his wife Diana Hoffman; his children, Michael of Beacon, NY, Erin of Yardley, PA and Sean of Sharpesburg, GA; and his grandchildren, Colin, Claudia, Leo, Henry, Liam and Molly.
