He is survived by: his sister-in-law Perri; his girlfriend Joanne; his grandson George IV; his children, Caleb Rappel and Emilie Howard (George); his grandson George Howard IV; his parents, Dr. Robert Rappel (Josette) and Sandra Landers (Bernard); his siblings, Michael Rappel (Perri), Michele Best (Tyler) and Danielle Van Horn (Joanne Maury); and his former wife JoAnn Crosby.
