He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Smith and Pat Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Carrie Anne Cousino (Kris), Calley Smith and Britton; his grandchildren, Heather, Jack, Landon, Lila, Britton, Jonathan and Bailey; and his siblings, Jeanne Ledbetter, Julie Sacco, Claude Smith and Joanne Hornsby. He is also survived by his family—especially his children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
