He was predeceased by: his sister Audrey Marie Mazzanti-Shepard; and his grandparents, Elwood, Mary Jo Shepard, Guerino and Edythe Mazzanti.
He is survived by: his daughter Adelyn of Jacksonville, FL; his parents, Richard Shepard and Gail Shepard of Sebastian, FL; and his siblings, Lisa Shepard (Dan Vorisek) of Melbourne, FL, Anthony Shepard (Kaitlyn) of Clermont, FL, Laura James (Steven) of Las Vegas, NV and Lynda Shepard of Port St. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be mailed to NEW HORIZONS, an organization he felt strongly about.
