He is survived by: his son Timothy James Cook (Tracy); his grandson Triston Lane Cook; his stepchildren, Mary Pat and Kent; his stepgrandchildren, Nichlos and Haley; his niece Pam; and his nephew James. He is also survived by cousins, neighbors, and friends.
