She is survived by: her children, Lee Galbreath (Michael) of Panama City, FL and Willie Gene Boyett of Vernon, FL; her siblings, Windle Tharp of Wausau, FL, Gloria Scott of Vernon, Frances Golden of Bonifay, FL, Oneida Gilbert of Cottondale and Joyce Woodham of Vernon; her grandchildren, Donaovan Galbreath, Jordan Galbreath, Jesikka Gainey, Willian Boyett, Raeanna Boyett, Kaydance Boyett and Kannon Boyett; and her significant other Terry Wayne Brewer.
