It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Yvonne Evans of Vernon, Florida, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Brett and Lovie Hinson; and her husband James Marlin Evans. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Evans (Carlene) of Vernon, FL, Johnny Evans (Sherri) of Vernon, FL and Debbie Coatney (Rickey) of Vernon, FL; and her siblings, Dois Lipford (Deloris) of Marianna, FL, Faye Sallas of Bonifay, FL and Mary Brett of Bonifay, FL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
