He is survived by: his sons, Doug Cook (Hali) of Blountstown and Jonathan Cook of Vernon, Florida; his sister Sue Shaw of Vernon, Florida; and his grandchildren, Hayden Cook, Ethan Gordon Cook, Kelsea Cook, Carsen Drew and Chason Drew.
