He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Easter Haddock and Annie Bell Curlee; and his siblings, Cecil Haddock, Wilton Haddock, Helton Haddock, Lena Pippin, Myrtle Hodges, Ola Mae Haddock and Lucille Odom.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Faye Haddock of Vernon, FL; his daughter Janet Faye Smith (Randal) of Murfreesboro, TN; his adoptive daughters, Christina Heffner of Vernon, FL and Michelle Jones of Lucedale, MS; his siblings, Carlton Haddock of Port St, Clifton Haddock of Chipley, FL, Donald Haddock (Joann) of Vernon, FL, Preston Haddock (Judy) of Kentucky, Videll Dykes of Chipley, FL, Luvern Bush of Vernon, FL and Joyce Summers of Dothan, AL; his grandchildren, Zachary Smith and Madison Boone (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Hezekiah Boone and Margaret Boone; and his grandchildren, Patrick Jones and Scarlett Dykes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
