She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Seals; and her brother Tommy D. Seals. She is survived by: her mother Thelma J. Sullivan (Sullivan); her children, Daniel Rush (Pamela) and Carla Hayes (Allen); her grandchildren, Jason Lee Hayes, Joshua Lee Hayes and Brianna Jadon Hayes; and her siblings, Gary Lee Seals (Tracy), Larry Allen Seals (Tracy) and Regina C. Cantrell (Curtis). She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; and 5 great nieces and nephews.
