He is survived by: his wife Nora "Joy" Kinney; his children, Ron Kinney (Jan) of Texas and Karen Walker of Texas; and his siblings, Norman Kinney (Jerri) of South Carolina and Marsha Kinney of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
