He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Adams and Carrie Adams; his wife Dorothy Tyson; and his daughter Nancy Adams. He is survived by: his son Wade "Allen" Adams, Jr. (Athena Adams); his grandchildren, Wade Adams, III and Alyson Adams Nowassa; and his great grandchildren, Weston Adams, Ethan Nowassa and Keira Nowassa.
