He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood "Dutch" Burkholder and Nellie Burkholder; and his wife Norma J. Keller. He is survived by: his children, Michael Burkholder (Kay) of Ottawa, Terry Burkholder (Diane) of Venice, FL and Todd Burkholder (Annette) of Lima; his grandchildren, Jodi Gallmeier (Kyle), Matthew Burkholder, Brandon Burkholder, Dylan Burkholder (Katie McClure) and Tyler Burkholder; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Keller (Jo) of Lima, Marlene Karrick (Brian) of Lima and Beverly Keller Bradford (Rick Patterson) of Lima.
