He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pemberton and Janet Pemberton (Frey); and his brother Thomas Pemberton. He is survived by: his wife Grace Pemberton (Karmazyn); his daughters, Susan Griffiths (Chris) of North Haven, Amy Fulton (Steve Milici) of Monroe, NY and Jennifer Gilchrist (Keith) of Loundonville, NY.; and his brother William Pemberton (Patricia) of East Haven. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
