He is survived by: his wife Marcia Ezell Crabbe; his daughters, Holly Crabbe Conway and Lauren Crabbe (Kasper Kyhl); his grandson Jack Thomas Ezell Conway; his sisters, Margie Lilly, Brenda McCord and Sherry Sangdok; and his sister-in-law Linda Ezell Wellsandt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
