With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Louise Edwards of Venice, Florida, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2024 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Richardson (Mayer) and John Ball; and her brother Charles Grubbs. She is survived by: her husband Carl "Ray"; her sons, Michael and Mark; her grandchildren, Zachariah, Alexys, Autymn, Gavin, Andrya, Phoenix and Violette; her great grandchild Hieronymus; and her siblings, John Ball Sr., Pamela Jacobs and Penny Chiarizia.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Homes (1935 S Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293).
