It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John M. Sunderland of Venice, Florida, born in Gardner, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Barry. He is survived by : his family Debbie; his sister Kathy Ruark (Sunderland); his daughters, Wendy Hess, Erin Sunderland, Jennifer Sunderland and Megan Suokko; his son-in-law Tim Suokko; his grandchildren, Riley and Dawson Hess; his son-in-law Timothy Hess; his brother-in-law Graham Ruark; and his wife Debbie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
