He is survived by: his wife Marie Kanzius Guidos; his stepchildren, Anne Freeman (Hank), Dr. Paul J Guidos (Annamaria), Dr. Lori Guidos (Cheryl Deaner) and Robert J. Guidos; his granddaughters, Dr. Chelsea Geer and Megan Geer; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Opachick (Erica Woodrum), Angelina Grabowski (Alex), Dr. P. Joseph Guidos, Dr. P. Anthony Guidos and Jesse Deaner; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Oscar Opachick and Jewell Opachick; and his family, Frank Maruskin, Amelia Trzeciak, Pauline Maruskin, Susan Ballas, John Maruskin and Anna Mae Mariano.
