It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Mikesell of Valrico, Florida, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Russel L. Mikesell Sr. of Middletown, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Maria Mikesell (Alvarez) of Valrico; his child Alexa Irene Hoffmeister (Timothy); his grandson Timothy Hoffmeister III (Trey) of Brandon; his children, Phoebe Lynn Mikesell of Clearwater and Derek R. Thompson of Riverview; his mother JoAnn C. Mikesell of Smyrna; his siblings, Debbie Adams (David) of Middletown, Victoria Smether (Richard) of Smyrna and Russel "Rusty" Mikesell Jr. (Jennifer) of Middletown; his pet Pricilla; and his grandson Trey. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and his faithful companion.
