Jacobs, Rick Jacobs (Darlene), Randy Jacobs (Tammy), Ronnie Jacobs (Mario Martinez) and Michelle Hernandez (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Kelly Cummins (Chad), Kazie Smith (Steven), Josh Jacobs, James Roark (Ashley), Kenneth Hernandez (Shannon) and Abigail Hernandez; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Smith, Calli Cummins, Maizy Cummins and Malakai Hernandez.
