He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his mother Patricia Pourchez; his mother-in-law Suzanne Mudge; his sons, Jacob Hendricks, Kevin Gould, Brandon Anderson (Erin) and Justin Anderson (Shelley); his brother Stephen Hendricks; his brothers-in-law, Jeffrey Mudge and Andrew Mudge; his sister Kelly Duthover (Walter); and his sisters-in-law, Tara McKechnie (Gordon), Leann Wells (Greg), Tracie Mudge, Ann Marie Buckley (Robert) and Amy Mudge.

Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made in Scott's name to the American Diabetes Association.
