It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Payne Jr. of Valrico, Florida, born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Angela Marie Payne and Susan Hope Payne; his sisters, Joyce Mildred Condary and Evelyn May Hylton; and his granddaughter Savannah.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Hope Ministries at Bell Shoals Baptist Church.
