Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Miguel Antonio Acevedo of Valrico, Florida, who passed away at the age of 88, on December 21, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Rivera and Emilio Acevedo; and his siblings, Nexy, Mirse, William, Edwin, Gregorio and Blanca.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Antonia Acevedo; his children, Maria Teresa Johnson (Lee), Michelangelo Acevedo (Linda) and Marco Antonio Acevedo; and his grandchildren, Alexis Vazquez, Nathan Acevedo, Sofia Johnson, Noah Acevedo, Marissa Johnson and Isabella Johnston.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Gonzalez Funeral Home (7209 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33614). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (11005 US-301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to LifePath Hospice, who served as a tremendous blessing to Miguel and his family in his final days before being welcomed into the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
