He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Fuentes (Corvalan) and Jose Manuel Fuentes; his wife Graciela Fuentes; and his brother Rafael Fuentes. He is survived by: his son Steve Fuentes (Ruth); his brothers, Pedro Fuentes (Thesla) and Jose Fuentes (Odeida); his grandchildren, Jazmin Fuentes-Booth, Esteban Fuentes Jr. and Patricia Fuentes-Davis; and his great grandchildren, Valery Fuentes, Catalina Fuentes and Royce Santiago Booth. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
