She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harris and Lily Bell Smith Harris; her husband Richard Horn Sr.; her daughters, Elaine Gillian and Linda Campbell; and her siblings, Jesse Smith, Johnny Smith, Benjamin Smith and Raymond Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Richard "Butch" Horn Jr. (Gina), Keith Horn (Jennifer) and Debbie Carmack (Dennis); her sister Royce "Totsy" Smith; and her sons-in-law, Bob Campbell and Gillian. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twelve great- grandchildren, and one great- great- grandchild.
