He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Walsh; his children, Kelly Ann Walsh of Valrico, FL and Todd Walsh (Kelly Marie) of Winchester, VA; his siblings, Quentin P. Walsh Jr (Fran), Thomas Walsh and Karen Shobel; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Dylan, Collin, Brady, Lorin, Lillie and Hannah.
