With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean C. Barfield of Valrico, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 20, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Barfield; her children, Jay Barfield (Betty), Jeff Barfield (Dana) and Joy Barfield Griffin; her sister Alyce Braxton; and her grandchildren, Jimmy Lee, Amber, Leighan, Lacey, Ryan, Zack and Jessica. She is also survived by 9 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Harry-Anna Trust or to the Meals on Wheels at Presbyterian Church of Seffner.
